7/9/2021 update:
Hey everyone,
Three quick things:
1. I am embarrassed to admit that in my planning I totally forgot about the time change as we travel to CO. [facepalm] That is hopefully GOOD NEWS for all of you because it means you’ll get an extra hour of sleep on the morning of departure! Please arrive at the Westwood parking lot at 6:30 a.m. on the 18th and we’ll load the bus and depart by 7:00 a.m.! Our expected return time should be around 6:30 p.m. if everything goes as planned on the 23rd.
2. If you have not yet filled out the electronic medical form (in my last email), we really need everyone to submit that asap.
3. I got an email this week from GROUP with notes on their dress code. Girls, especially, please be sure to have some longer shorts, capris or pants along – particularly for our serving times. Many of the places where we will be going to work do not permit short shorts to be worn. Also, for guys and girls – no tank tops are allowed while on the worksites. T-shirts please! Lastly, make sure that you have a pair of CLOSE-TOED shoes along for our work times. Thank you! 🙂
