Don’t miss it! The MSM CampOUT is baaaccckkkk!! | September 17-19, 2021
Where will we stay? We are excited to be heading to Camp Nebowa once again! Nebowa Christian Camp is located on beautiful Blue Lake, four miles outside of Onawa, IA. Don’t worry, parents! We’ll actually be sleeping indoors, contrary to popular belief (not in tents), in the new dorms there at the camp.
What will we do? Play games, do outdoorsy activities, worship together, grow in our faith, hang out and have fun! The main purpose of this campout is simply to build relationships. It’s a chance for us to get away for a bit and get to know one another better. Our desire is that by the end of the weekend we’d have stronger relationships with both one another and with GOD.
What does it cost? $65 – this includes lodging, transportation, activities and meals while we’re away. Once your online youth ministry waiver is submitted AND payment is turned in, then you will officially be registered. (Everyone needs to fill out the waiver again as it is the start of a new school year.) All payments will be submitted online this year. The last day that registrations will be accepted is Sunday, September 12th.
What do I bring? Sleeping bag or twin-sized bedding (we’ll be on bunkbeds), pillow, Bible, casual clothes (dress for the weather), swim suit & towel (if it’s supposed to be warm), pajamas, toiletries (don’t forget shower stuff, toothbrushes and deodorant—just because we’ll be playing outside, doesn’t mean we need to stink!), a towel & a snack to share! *Also bring any medications needed for the weekend in a baggie with the student’s name and instructions.* LEAVE HOME ALL PHONES, VALUABLES AND ELECTRONICS!!
