Westwood Church is led by a dedicated consistory and full-time staff. The consistory, which includes elders and deacons, oversees the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation, guiding church policies and pastoral care. The staff manages day-to-day operations and programs, working together with the consistory to foster an atmosphere where passion for Jesus thrives.

Senior Pastor

Quinn came on staff at Westwood Church in 2012, and his family have loved calling Westwood their home church ever since. He and his wife are having the time of their lives raising their four beautiful children, most days they’re just trying to keep up!

Hearts & Minds Director

Dorinda's love for God's littlest ones led her to teach at Hearts and Minds in 2008 until she became the Director in 2022. She is married with three grown sons and a daughter-in-law who enjoy traveling, cooking and playing trivia together.

Westwood Kids Director

Michelle was a teacher before shifting to Kids Director at Westwood about 20 years ago.  She and her husband love spending time with their two grown and married kids and their first grandchild.

Middle School Youth Director & Office Manager

A Westwood member since birth, Kara and her husband, Aaron, have been leading Middle School Youth for over a decade. They have two kids in high school, a goldendoodle and some chickens. Kara likes planning theme night fun for her extended family.

Connection & Discipleship Director

Before starting at Westwood Church in 2023, Nathan was a Youth Minister in Georgia and Nebraska. He lives with his wife, newborn daughter, and their border collie. He also enjoys woodworking on weekends.
