the trinity
God exists as one being in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Although each member of the Trinity serves different functions, they each possess equal power and authority.

the Savior
Jesus, The Son of God, came to earth and lived a perfect life. He was crucified on a cross, dying in our place for our sins so that we may be reconciled with God. Three days later He rose from the dead proving His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven, is sitting on the throne of God ruling over all creation and will come again to create a new heaven and earth.

the holy spirit
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity and is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He brings us into relationship with God by giving us faith and lives in believers from the moment of salvation. The Holy Spirit is our encourager, advocate, companion and convicts us of sin. The Holy Spirit is alive and well today and is responsible for many miracles, healings and helping us understand God's word. He also gives spiritual gifts to each believer for the benefit of the church.

humanity
Humankind was made by God to be his physical representatives on earth, co-ruling over creation with him. Humanity was given a choice to trust in God but instead chose to live on their own terms. We became alienated from him through our own disobedience, which the Bible calls sin. We are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through our own efforts, which is why God sent his Son Jesus to take the penalty for our sin so that we may be reconciled with God.

salvation
Salvation comes when we trust that Jesus, the Son of God, was crucified, died, and rose from the dead as a complete payment for our sins. Salvation is a free gift from God to all, and cannot be earned through our own efforts. It is only by trusting in Jesus Christ that we can be saved from an eternal separation from God. Eternal life begins the moment you receive Jesus Christ into your life through faith.

the bible
The Bible is God's holy written word. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate source of truth, reveals God’s character, provides the history of God's people and gives eyewitness testimony of Jesus' life and ministry.

THE CHURCH
The Church isn't a building but a community of believers who are unified through faith in Jesus Christ. The Church is committed to the teachings of Jesus, practicing the way of Jesus and sharing his good news with the world.

BAPTISM
Also known as born-again, or second birth, is the creation of a brand-new life in Jesus. Baptism is all about dying to our old way of life and receiving new life in Jesus. God also promises through baptism to seal us as sons and daughters, forgive our sins and anoint us with the Holy Spirit. We also believe the gift of baptism is intended for all ages- including infants.

THE LORD'S SUPPER
In communion we receive the true body and blood of Jesus Christ as the bread and wine for the forgiveness of sins. It is a free gift from God for the strengthening of our soul, flesh and mind, and is offered to all who call Jesus Lord and savior.

the new heaven & earth
Jesus Christ will physically return one day to unite heaven and earth into something new. Those who have been saved by Jesus and are part of his kingdom will be resurrected to experience eternal joy with God and His family. Those who reject Jesus will be resurrected and cut off from this new creation forever.
